York Road, Bristol

The York Road project, in collaboration with Knightstone Housing Association and United Living completed in late 2015. In January 2016 the homeless ex-service personnel who built the project moved into their new homes. This community of 10 three-storey apartments took 18 months and the new construction skills gained by those involved has led to the majority of them winning full-time employment in the building trade, in the wake of the projects' completion.
